FRANK by OCBC
The context
My team emerged as champions against 35 other teams at Pitch It! 2018, a tertiary-wide integrated marketing campaign competition organised by NUS Communications and New Media Society in partnership with FRANK by OCBC and GOVT.
The challenge was, “How might we improve the OCBC Pay Anyone app to make it more inclusive and easily adopted?”
Our solution
To help our millennial audience realise the benefits of the OCBC Pay Anyone app through the persuasive power of self-reflection rather than following the market convention of promoting banking apps and products in a blatant, product-centric manner.
My role
I contributed actively by conducting research, ideating, designing all campaign assets, crafting the presentation deck, and delivering the pitch.
